Installing from the App Store (No Region Change Needed)

Crucial Tip: You do not need to change your Apple ID country. Older guides on the internet tell iPhone users in this region to switch their region to Nigeria or the UK and install from that storefront. That advice is completely out of date, and following it would mess up your Apple ID subscriptions for everything else on your phone. The Paripesa App Store listing is fully available locally in Zambia.
Please note that Apple applies its own regulatory gate before you download. The listing carries a strict 18+ age rating, and Apple’s age assurance controls sit on top of it, independently of our own KYC checks. On an Apple ID set up for a minor, the download is automatically blocked.

The file size is the one figure you should look at twice. At 234.2 MB, the Paripesa iPhone build is more than four times the size of our Android package. On a 32GB or 64GB device already full of photos, it is a real storage commitment.
It is also a real cost on a metered data bundle. We highly advise using Wi-Fi for the initial download. Why the iPhone Route Is Simpler Than Android
If you have read our Android guide, you know it is all about sideloading: granting install permissions, verifying the source, and avoiding repackaged malware builds. None of that applies here.
Distribution strictly through the official App Store removes a whole class of cyber risks. There is no scenario where you accidentally install a modified, dangerous copy of the Paripesa iOS app from a random forum.
The reason for this split experience is not about our app quality โ it is about tech giants’ policies. Apple and Google apply different rules to real-money gambling. Google Play restricts these apps in Africa unless specific local licenses align with their internal policies. Apple’s requirements for Zambia are met by our international licensing, allowing us to serve you directly from the App Store alongside other major brands.
Updates, Sign-In, and Removing the App
